I stopped the process of memorizing for awhile because it was turning into a not-so-good thing. I was letting it take the place of time with the Lord and I was going so fast I’m not sure I was absorbing as much as it as I would have liked. So I took some time away.
So now I’m going at a much slower pace. With school starting this Monday, I’m not sure how slow that pace will be, but I want to keep up on this. I may not be the hare, but I do want to be the turtle that finishes the race.
